Kerala Style Prawn Curry

Ingredients

500 gms Large sized Prawns

1 Tsp Salt

2 Tsps White Vinegar


For Ghassi (Fried Masala):

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Medium sized Onion, finely diced

6-9 Curry Leaves

2 Green Chillies

1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic, freshly minced (3'' stick Ginger and 5-6 Garlic Cloves ground to a paste)

2 Tomatoes, finely diced

1 Tsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Turmeric Powder


For Curry:

1 to 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
