Ingredients (Serves 3)
Quarter of an Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsps Grated Coconut
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Kg Beans Chopped (1 inch long) and Washed
1 Tbsp Oil/ Clarified Butter
1 Whole Dry Chili
Method
In a pan, add oil, keep on low-medium flame. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to pop. Add onions, red dry chili and once onions brown add garlic. Leave this in low flame, before adding the beans. Let the beans cook well. Just 5 mins before turning this off, add the grated coconut and cover the pan. Stir every 2 mins and turn the flame off.
Serve with steamed rice, or you can eat with any Indian bread
