Ingredients
5 Eggs to serve 4-5 persons
Half Cup Cream
Filling
Pork Sausage chopped in small cubes
5-6 Mushrooms sliced
Quarter Cup Spinach
7-8 Pieces Brocolli
Half an Onion Chopped finely
2 Tsps Garlic Powder
2 Tsps Onion Powder
2 Tsps Paprika
Salt and Pepper according to taste
1 Tbsp Butter
Topping
Sliced Capsicum and Sliced Chilis or Jalapenos (Optional)
Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan accordingly
Method:
Beat Eggs till frothy and foamy, frothier the eggs the puffier the Frittata. Keep aside
In a skillet pan, add butter and after 30 seconds add all ingredients listed under filling and all to release water for a few minutes. Sautee them on medium flame for 5-7mins only, such that they are 80%-90% cooked.
Once most of the water is evaporated, add this meat mix to the egg mix and gently combine the two. Pour in to a flat baking dish that is round. Any other shape can be used as well.
Top the mix with cheese, capsicum and Chilies. Bake for 10-15 minutes in 250 degrees C
Serve as a snack for High Tea or Brunch or for Breakfast
